Attention to the possibility of artistic potentialities! With the recent issues on the need for artist incubation to put new vitality into the performing arts industry, programmers and producers talk about their artist incubating or developing programmes run by major art centres, culture & art foundations, and organizations.

RT5. KOR-FRA Cultural Exchange

The search and mutual exchanges between Korean and French performing arts market. Participants share the idea of support systems and cooperation of each country and share the experience working cases.

RT6. Supporting System of Private Culture & Arts Foundations

While increasing the private investment into the commercial performances, it is still common for the fine arts performances to lean upon the public funds to cover financially. Let's share the experience of attracting the private capital and discuss about the how diversity.
